Mission Accomplished

Code of Conduct, Rules and Responsibilities

Mission Statement:

Mission Accomplished is a guild built on the foundation that the most fun can be had when all guild members treat each other with respect and play fair. We believe in creating an environment where anyone from the casual player to the serious raider can thrive and enjoy their time in-game.

We achieve this by having a Code of Conduct that must be honored by all members. We also achieve this by encouraging our members to team up for a variety of activities, whether it be Achievement farming, Dungeon running, or Raiding the latest tier of content. We believe diversity makes a guild stronger and we do our best to provide opportunities for all.

Furthermore, we believe in providing our membership with the means necessary to get their questions or concerns addressed in a timely manner. Members have access to tools like a website for open discussion and research, Ventrilo for communication, and a team of Officers that are experienced, helpful, and willing to listen. If there is a dispute or issue that arises all members are encouraged to approach any member of the Officer Team.

Warlords:
Zenhunter - Guild Leader/Webmaster/Vent Owner
Ijiri - Guild Coordinator/Raid Leader
Tirekin
Hyle

Generals:
Bdelicious
Dimity
Azraille
Plaguewall

All members of Mission Accomplished are required to follow these basic guidelines:

Code of Conduct:

By being a member of Mission Accomplished you understand that we firmly believe in respect for everyone. We achieve this by not being vulgar, abusive, racist, homophobic, or sexist in a general forum. This not only includes Guild-only communication like Chat and Ventrilo, but also within the WoW community in general, including places like Trade Chat, Official Forums, and PuG Groups. MA strives to be seen as a positive and diverse guild where any player that shares our ideals are welcome.

Any member that has comments or concerns with the conduct of other MA members are encouraged to privately discuss their issue with Zenhunter or Ijiri.

Rules and Responsibilities:

Grunt

First and foremost Grunt rank is designed as a way for the guild to get to know you. This allows us to make sure you can follow our Code of Conduct and that we are a good group for you to be a part of. As a Grunt the following applies:
  • Attendance Policy - 1 month without logging in will result in removal from the guild.
  • Bank Access - None (only at Warlord's discretion)
  • Promotion Requirements - Promotion to Legionnaire rank at Warlord's discretion, but Guild activity is the strongest factor. If you are not promoted within 2 weeks you should speak to a Warlord or the General that recruited you.
Scout

Rank where we place non-main characters (alts). See Legionnaire Rank for more details.

  • Attendance Policy - You are not required to log-in your alts with any regularity.
  • Bank Access - Repair Costs - Covered up to 50g a day
  • Promotion Requirements - Scouts may be swapped in as your main with Warlord approval.

Legionnaire

Legionnaires are seen as the lifeblood of our Guild.
  • Attendance Policy - Members that do not log on within a 1 month span will by flagged as inactive. Inactive legionnaires are removed from the guild after an additional month of inactivity. However, it is strongly encouraged that if you plan to be away from the guild for more than a month you let a Warlord know.
  • Bank Access - Members have access to most anything in the bank with the following requirements:
    1. Contribute - Deposit materials when possible, particularly from guild runs.
    2. Free access (up to 5 stacks a day) from tab 1.
    3. Repair Costs - Covered up to a 50g maximum daily allowance.
  • Promotion Requirements - For Champion, see the Forum post "Raider- The Mission Accomplished Take" posted in our Barrens forums and apply for Raider status on the website. For Centurion, be a guild member for at least one year and contribute to the guild regularly. If you feel you fulfill these requirements and have not yet been promoted, please see a Warlord.

Champion

Champions are Legionnaires that have geared sufficiently for raiding and have been approved to join a raiding team. They just have a few more perks, and a few more requirements.
  • Attendance Policy - Raiders are required to show up 10 minutes prior to their assigned raid start time. Please be respectful of the other 9 raiders who rely on you. Being late or missing raids will be grounds for demotion and removal from your raid team. If you can not make a scheduled raid, you must post in the forums or let your General or a Warlord know at least one hour before Raid time. Champions are reset to Legionnaire rank each new expansion.
  • Bank Access - Champions have access to most anything in the bank with the following requirements.
    1. Contribute - Deposit materials when possible, particularly those needed for raid food, flasks, enchanting, etc.
    2. Elixirs/potions/flasks - will be provided at a General's discretion, but being unprepared for multiple raids may be cause for demotion.
    3. Free access (up to 5 stacks a day) from tab 1.
    4. Gear (Epics) - BoE epics when available can be provided at Warlord discretion. This sometimes means for free, and more often means at half the current market value, as this gear may be needed to fund the guild bank.
    5. Gold loans allowed at Warlord discretion
    6. Repair Costs - Covered up to a 300g maximum daily allowance.
  • Promotion Requirements -  To be promoted to Centurion, a Champion must be a guild member for at least one year and contribute to the guild regularly.

Centurion

Centurion is a rank meant to award those who have been in the guild for some time and have given back to our community.
  • Attendance Policy - You are there for us and when you can't be you already inform Warlords. Centurions have proven themselves and will never be removed from the guild due to inactivity.
  • Bank Access - Centurions have access to most anything in the bank with the following requirements:
    1. Materials provided as needed
    2. Elixirs/potions/flasks as needed
    3. Free access (up to 5 stacks a day) from tab 1.
    4. Gear (Epics) - BoE epics when available can be provided at Warlord discretion. This gear is generally provided free, unless bank funds are low.
    5. Gold loans allowed at Warlord discretion
    6. Repair Costs - Covered up to a 300g maximum daily allowance.
  • Promotion Requirements - Please see the forum thread on recruitment for Generals.

General

The General role includes former ranks such as Treasurer and Raid Leader, as well as new roles such as Event Coordinator and PvP Coordinator. Generals enforce the guild rules, recruit for the guild, and provide services to the guild depending on their role. Generals are able to invite new members, access most guild bank tabs, participate in officer meetings, and access the officer forums of the website. If you feel you could fulfill one of these roles, please see the General application thread in the General Chat forums of the website.
